Corrals were ordered and assembled on the lake shore. Assembling the corrals included: bolting together the yellow floats and bars, fastening the skirt to the bar, threading a chain through the bottom of the skirt, and tying the skirt up with string.
Once constructed, the corrals were pulled off-shore by the marsh master. In the water, the skirts were untied and dropped and the corrals were anchored to the bottom of the lake.
